Personal Use License
Your purchase includes a personal-use license, allowing you to:
- Download and store the digital file
- Print the image for personal use
- Share the image privately with close family
- Use the image in personal albums, frames, and gifts
- Upload the image to social media only if consent has been obtained from all parents/guardians of every child visible in the photograph
Social Media Consent Requirement
To protect the privacy and safety of all children:
- You must obtain consent from every parent/guardian of every child shown in the image before posting it publicly
- If consent is not confirmed for all children, the image must not be uploaded to social media
- Clever Cookies cannot verify consent — this responsibility lies with the purchaser
What You Cannot Do
To protect the children photographed and the photographer’s copyright, please note:
- Images may not be used commercially
- Images may not be sold, resold, or redistributed
- Images may not be uploaded publicly without the required parental/guardian consent
- Images may not be edited in ways that significantly alter the photograph
- Watermarks (if present) may not be removed
- Images may not be provided to third parties such as modelling agencies or businesses
